PROJECT MANAGEMENT 
Legacy RPG takes the lead project management role in the majority of its development projects. This includes selecting the design and construction teams, organizing the budget and schedule for a project, and ensuring that the project stays on target through the design, entitlement, construction, and stabilization phases. Furthermore, this project management role involves regular reporting to the Ownership Entity, accurate accounting, and project closeout, making it crucial to the short-term and long-term success of a project.

ASSET MANAGEMENT 
Legacy RPG serves as an Asset Manager for properties owned by a core group of Ownership Entities. In this capacity, it creates budgets, long-term capital expenditure schedules, acquisition and disposition strategies, and manages current and future financing requirements.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 
Legacy RPG acts as a Property Manager for properties owned by a core group of Ownership Entities. The company handles the day-to-day operations of these properties, including tenant needs, leasing, renewals, accounting, vendor contracts, and services.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT 
Legacy RPG serves as a Construction Manager on many of its new development projects, closely working between the design team and contractors. The Principals at Legacy RPG have experience as Construction Managers on both Horizontal and Vertical development projects. Additionally, Legacy RPG leverages its construction and facilities experience to oversee Capital Improvement Projects or Tenant Upfit Projects on properties under management.
