ACHC Expansion

Legacy provided development and project management services for the expansion of the ACHC Corporate Headquarters Facility in Cary, NC. Legacy developed the original 32,000 SF Class A office building for ACHC in 2012, and as ACHC grew, Legacy was asked to return to manage the expansion project.

The project consisted of combining the existing office building with 68,000 SF of new class A office space connected by a spectacular 3-story atrium. The project also includes a 200-space parking deck adjacent to the facility. Design and entitlements for this project began in 2022. Construction completed and staff occupancy in 2026.

Managed services included land acquisition, design and entitlements, workstation furniture, furnishings, and assisted and coordinated Data / AV / IT / Signage/fitness center and other infrastructure requirements and building systems.
