South Green Flats

Legacy is currently developing a mixed-use condominium project in downtown Carrboro, NC. The project consists of 57 residential condominiums and 6 commercial condominiums. The project is an urban infill project nestled in an ideal spot behind the successful South Green Retail Center. This project addresses a missing workforce housing price point, with units ranging from 600 to 1,400 SF.

The project is currently under construction, with Phase 1 to be completed in Q4 2026 and Phase 2 in Q2 2027.
